PLEASE READ MY POLICIES PRIOR TO BOOKING
A $25.00 Non-Refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. Deposit will be credited towards cost of total services. Your remaining balance can be paid in cash card or Zelle.
Phone policy: Please NO PHONES during your service. Phones are very distracting and cause for delays in services. I ask that you please be courteous and either leave your phone in the car or put it on silent at the beginning of your appointment.
Rescheduling policy: Clients are unable to reschedule their own appointments online. Please contact Steffanee via Text/Email to reschedule all appointments & Classes. You may only reschedule your appointment 1 time with your original deposit within 30 days of your original appointment. After the 30 days a new deposit is required.
Cancellation policy: Please provide at least 48 hours notice via text/email to cancel your appointment. Once the appointment is cancelled the deposit is voided /non-transferable. If you do a No Call No Show you will be charged 100% of the full amount of the remaining balance with the card on file & banned from future booking. Same day cancellations 24 hours or less before your scheduled appointment will be charged the remaining balance with the card on file and a new deposit will be required if you want to reschedule. This is enforced to cover the loss of earning from your appointment that can't be filled on short notice.
Late policy: I understand that life happens and we all run behind. For times like that I do offer a 10 minute grace period. However, please know your lateness does not change your allotted appointment time. You will still be charged your full price. After 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will be lost.
Sick Policy: If you are sick or are experiencing any COVID or flu like symptoms please reschedule your appointment
